Not much needs to be said to explain the utter magnitude of the culinary experience unlocked by entering the old doors of this global mecca for jewish cuisine. From the melt-in-your-mouth butteriness of their lox, which is cut so thin it practically dissolves upon contact and possesses a texture only comparable to high grade sashimi, to their top-shelf pastrami and babka - which is simply blissful to rip apart - there is no getting better than this.
